Step #1 - Kindergarten Registration
You can register your child online by clicking on the link below. Registration should be completed online prior to your students' Assessment Appointment.
Trojan Signing Day is for both our Young Five and Kindergarten programs. Any child is eligible to register if they will be five years of age by December 1st (Birth year 2021).
Required Documents for Registration
To complete your registration - parent or legal guardians will need to upload the following required forms to Infinite Campus registration prior to your child’s assessment appointment:
- Certified Birth Certificate (original, must be in color)
- Proof of Residency - utility bill (gas, electric, water), rental or purchase agreement
- Immunization Records
Students will NOT be able to be placed in a classroom until all required documents are received in the office.
Important note: Once you begin the registration process, you can not stop and come back to finish at a later time. The process must be completed all at once. You will need to have the required documents on hand while filling out the registration form.

Step #2 - Kindergarten Assessments - June 1-3, 2026
All incoming students to Madison Schools will need to be assessed prior to enrollment. Please select a time for our team to assess your child on their Kindergarten Readiness Skills. This will also include a screening of your child’s hearing and vision provided by the Health Department. Please click on the link below to schedule your appointment. *ONE adult per child.
