2025-2026 Kindergarten Registration and Assessments 

Welcome to the Madison Family! Check here for all the information you will need to register your child for kindergarten. Kindergarten registration is a 3-step process!

Step #1 - Kindergarten Registration 

You can register your child online by clicking on the link below. Online registration can be completed at home or at your student’s assessment. 

Trojan Signing Day is for both our Young Five and Kindergarten programs. Any child is eligible to register if they will be five years of age by December 1st (Birth year 2020).  

Registration Link will be available on April 1st, 2025!

 

 

Step #2 - Kindergarten Assessments - May 27 through 30th

All incoming students to Madison Schools will need to be assessed prior to enrollment. Please select a time for our team to assess your child on their Kindergarten Readiness Skills. This will also include a screening of your child’s hearing and vision. Please click on the link below to schedule your appointment. *ONE adult per child.

Step #3 - Required Documents


To complete your registration, you will need to bring the following on the day of your student’s assessment: 

  • Certified Birth Certificate (present original, not a copy) 
  • Proof of Residency - utility bill (gas, electric, water), rental or purchase agreement
  • Immunization Records

Copies will be made of the birth certificate, proof of residency, and immunization records, with the originals returned to the parent/guardian. 
Students will NOT be able to be placed in a classroom until all required documents are received in the office.

Attend Kindergarten Trojan Signing Day (a.k.a. Kindergarten Round-Up) on Thursday, April 3rd from 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. to learn more about Madison Elementary and meet our wonderful staff!
